update on cannes fashion

So awhile back I composed a wishlist of various 2013 spring couture gowns that I would have liked to see at the Cannes film festival. To my delight, at least 4 of these looks made their way to the red carpet. A bit gutted that I didn't see any of the blue Elie Saab gowns and my favourite Valentino red couture gown though.

Missha white tea lip and eye makeup remover review

I've recently finished up my bottle of this and being a satisfied consumer I should really write a review. First of all, this product is pretty cheap, I got it online for around $10 USD exchanged. The retail price in NZ is around that price also. 

Its pretty much specifically designed for sensitive people because it's colourless and scentless which is pretty appropriate for applying on such a delicate area such as the eye. I does leave a slightly oily smell though.

There isn't much to say coz it's just remover, not very exciting lol. It didn't say on the package how many mls it is, but theres not too much product, it lasts me for quite a few months though.

overall, it does its job, isn't irritating, and if I'm cheap enough I'd buy it again. Right now I'm using The Balm carrot makeup remover.

On a side note the packaging is real cute, the cap is in the shape of a heart like the old Missha nail polishes. Pretty cool.

Cannes film festival #fashion

So I'm a huge fashion junkie and always try to keep up to date with all the couture shows by designers I like. Here is my lookbook which I do wish to see on some celebrities, I kind of went crazy over Elie Saab because he is my absolute favourite designer, all the intricate and delicate lace, bead and silk are to die for.

My school ball

I'm finally in my senior years of high school/college which means I can attend the annual school ball!!! This year the theme was Burlesque. It was a fun night...ish, wasn't something super enjoyable but all the preparation made it worthwhile. I wore a Forever new dress from their Renaissance revival series which I really enjoyed~ did manage to have the same dress as 2 other girls but it couldn't be helped. I did my hair and makeup professionally but my nails myself. here are some pictures
